• PetiQo 幣餘額與交易紀錄
• 功能使用紀錄

付款資訊由您購買時所使用的應用程式平台（如 Apple App Store 或 Google Play）處理。我們不會收集您的信用卡資料。

• 應用程式版本
• 推送通知識別碼（例如 FCM Token）
• 裝置時區

• 傳送資料：經摘要處理的寵物健康紀錄（不包含直接個人識別資訊）
• 用途：生成自動化健康分析報告與建議

AI 分析結果由系統自動生成，僅供參考，可能並非完全準確。本服務不構成專業獸醫建議。

3.2 第三方服務供應商

我們使用以下服務供應商作為資料處理者（Data Processors），代表我們處理資料：

• Firebase（Google）：用戶認證、資料庫、推送通知
• Google Cloud Storage：圖片與文件儲存
• Google Cloud Functions：AI 分析服務託管

我們不會出售您的個人資料。

4. 資料儲存與安全

4.1 資料儲存

• 您的資料儲存在 Google Firebase 雲端基礎設施。
• 資料中心可能位於美國或亞洲地區。

4.2 安全措施

• 使用 HTTPS 加密所有資料傳輸
• 使用 Firebase 安全規則限制資料存取權限
• 定期檢視與更新安全措施

4.3 資料保留

• 帳號資料：保留至您刪除帳號為止

當您刪除帳號後，相關資料將於 30 天內永久刪除。

AI results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. They are for informational purposes only.

We use the following service providers as data processors acting on our behalf:

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Storage and Security

If you invite family members to manage a pet profile, they will have access to that pets data.
You may revoke access at any time.

We use device local storage to save preferences.
This information is not transmitted to our servers.

We currently do not use thirdparty behavioral analytics tools.

Our Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete such data immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence.
